About Your Bill
ComfortSystems customers are billed monthly for their public utilities. Billing and due dates are determined by your geographical location within the city. Bill amounts are based upon your usage and can include charges for:
- Gas
- Water
- Sewer
- Storm Water
- Clean Water
- Other Fixed Rates and Fees set by the Public Utilities Commission.
