Select this option to request hydrant use and obtain a hydrant permit. Popular uses include greenhouses, construction sites, or other temporary watering. If you aren’t sure if your project qualifies please contact us.
Hydrants are now part of the City's new ePlace portal.
- If you DO NOT have an ePlace account already, you will have to create one. Select “Login or Register” in upper right hand corner of screen. Select “Create an Account”. Once this account is created, you can submit new applications, pay online, and view the status of any open applications/permits.
- If you already have an ePlace login, please log in to your account to apply.
Once you have an account, Click on “Home” and select “Apply”. You can search “Hydrant” in search bar to find correct form. Click the blue “Apply” button to proceed.
Once your form is submitted, you can pay the hydrant permit fee and security deposit online. You will be able to view all open permits and their status via this ePlace website.
